REALTOR Noé Rodriguez is known for his responsiveness, his attention to detail, his market knowledge, and his commitment to getting things done right for his clients.
Born in Bolivia, Noé is fluent in both English and Spanish. He came to the U.S. in 1979 on a student visa, and began working as a clerk/manager in a liquor store while studying electronics. His goal was to work in an electronics store. Instead, after 6 years in the U.S., he opened his own electronics store.
Although he started with a small, 650 sq. ft. shop, by the time he sold the business 18 ½ years later, it was a 3,000 sq. ft. store offering sales, service, and installation of car stereos, alarms, sound systems, and other electronic accessories.
When he sold the store he began buying and renovating houses for resale. In the beginning, he did the work himself, gaining valuable hands-on knowledge that he now shares with his clients.
Before long he realized he needed information only available to licensed agents, so in 2003 he became a REALTOR. By 2005 he was managing a branch office for his broker and helping other investors succeed. In the aftermath of the financial crash, he earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist Designation, and then used his knowledge to help investors add to their holdings with REO’s, short sales, and trustee sales.
Noé earned his Broker’s license in December 2015. Now, as Broker/Owner of Golden Dreams Realty, he specializes in single family dwellings in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, and works primarily with sellers. Drawing upon his experience as an investor, he shares his knowledge of how to maximize the value of a home by making the correct updates and repairs to present a “move-in ready” home. He also shares his list of vendors who do quality work at a fair price.
