Noé Rodriguez is a seasoned REALTOR® known for his responsiveness, meticulous attention to detail, extensive market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to delivering results for his clients. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Noé brings a wealth of experience to every transaction.
Originally from Bolivia, Noé moved to the U.S. in 1979 on a student visa. He started working as a clerk/manager in a liquor store while studying electronics, with the goal of working in an electronics shop. However, after six years, he made an entrepreneurial leap and opened his own electronics store. What began as a small 650 sq. ft. shop grew into a successful 3,000 sq. ft. business offering car stereos, alarms, sound systems, and other electronic accessories over the next 18 ½ years.
When Noé sold his electronics business, he transitioned to real estate, initially focusing on buying and renovating houses for resale. Through hands-on work, he gained valuable insights into home renovations—knowledge he now shares with his clients to help them maximize their property’s potential.
Realizing the need for industry-specific expertise, Noé became a licensed REALTOR® in 2003. By 2005, he was managing a branch office and mentoring fellow investors. In the aftermath of the financial crisis, he earned his Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist Designation, helping investors expand their portfolios through REO properties, short sales, and trustee sales.
Noé earned his Broker’s license in 2015 and now leads Golden Dreams Realty. Specializing in single-family homes in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, he works primarily with sellers, offering tailored advice on how to enhance a property’s appeal and value through the right updates and repairs. With a strong background as an investor, Noé provides clients with a trusted list of skilled vendors and contractors who offer high-quality work at competitive prices.
